Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/15/00844/OUT for the hybrid application for the redevelopment of the former Herne Bay Golf Course. CA//18/02180/MIN for Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/16/02715/FUL for the proposed three storey 66 bed care home for older people with associated care parking, landscaping and access; to allow changes to window and openings locations, lower energy consuming lighting and heating, additional air-conditioning and ventilation provisions and an increase in floor to floor and overall building heights.
